We see runners as an underserved population. Oftentimes you’re told to just stop running and hopefully that will help. As runners ourselves, we understand that’s not always necessary for recovery. Running is important to you and we want to sustain your activity. Whether you’re training for a race or getting back to your daily exercise routine, Invictus is right for you. 

Rehab is a continuum and we know that it doesn’t end when therapy is over. All of our therapists are experienced running coaches, with a focus on injury prevention. We will work with you to achieve your goals.

All of our therapists are certified in Running Gait Analysis and are certified Road Runners of America Coaches.
