We see runners as an underserved population. Oftentimes you’re told to just stop running in the hopes that pain will improve. But that’s not always necessary for recovery. As runners ourselves, we understand running is important to you and we want to sustain your activity. Whether you’re training for a race or getting back to your daily exercise routine, Invictus is right for you.
Rehab is a continuum and we know that it doesn’t end when therapy is over. All of our therapists are experienced running coaches, with a focus on injury prevention. We will work with you to achieve your goals.
