Careers

Invictus Physical Therapy is uniquely committed to redefining the worker experience. We are continually making efforts to flatten the hierarchy of our management and include all members of our staff in decision making. Our partners and managers are committed to an employee-first model. They will be working alongside you daily and will be held to the same standards as each member of the staff. We model ourselves after healthcare co-opswhere all employees are entitled to a portion of the business’ profits and share in the leadership of the company. Everyone shares in our success.

Between our low-volume model and our flexible schedule, we offer unparalleled work-life balance. Our goal is for Invictus to become more than just a job. We hope that we can help you to self-actualize and grow – both in and outside the office.
